Nick Cheremisinoff has nearly 40 years of experience in the management and commercialization of environmentally-focused technologies. He has worked extensively on pollution prevention and cleaner production projects sponsored by USAID, World Bank, and the European Bank of Reconstruction & Development, and as a policy advisor to several foreign governments on environmental issues. He has been part of various technology development programs on coal liquefaction and gasification, biomass and waste to energy as well as advanced pollution controls. He has been cited as a leading authority in pollution management and emerging environmental laws in the U.S. Congressional records and has worked with various environmental groups including Erin Brockovich. He has authored, co-authored or edited 160 technical reference books and several hundred state-of-the-art reviews on responsible chemical environmental management.
