Daniel A. Burciaga

President and CEO

Dan leads TRI’s commercialization and technology development. He has expanded its scope to biopower and biorefineries with a focus on integrated facilities for optimum economic performance.  He has over 30 years experience in technology development, engineering services, operations, and construction. He holds 21 US patents with 4 patent applications in process and 34 International patents with 11 patent applications in process.

Ravi Chandran, Ph.D.

Chief Technology Officer

Ravi is responsible for the intellectual property that forms the basis for TRI’s proprietary technology. He has over 30 years of experience in technology development for efficient energy conversion and reduced environmental impact. He holds 36 US patents with 4 patent applications in process and 99 International patents with 11 patent applications in process.

Vice President, Project Management

Dave has been responsible for the design and construction of all of TRI’s commercial and pilot facilities.  He has over 30 years experience in technology development, heavy industrial engineering design, construction, startup and operations. He holds 41 US patents with 4 patent applications in process and 51 International patents with 11 patent applications in process.

Adolfo Menendez

Chairman of the Board

Al Menendez has over 30 years experience in power generation and project finance. Currently, he also serves as Chairman and CEO of Global Management Partners, a project development company, and as Chairman of Princeton Energy Resources International, an energy consulting company. Previously, Mr. Menendez was the President and co-founder of various other ventures.

Richard D. Grant

Director

Mr. Grant is retired from JPMORGAN/CHASE where he spent over two decades in the Oil & Gas group and the Project Finance Group. He negotiated and underwrote limited recourse project financings in the U.S., Latin America and spent several years in the UK where he was responsible for power and infrastructure project financings for the area running from Scandinavia to Cape Town and from Gibraltar to Calcutta.
