Tom provides financial expertise in support of project development via TRI’s advanced financial proformas. He also brings to bear engineering and construction experience to assist in contract development.
Tom has over 25 years of experience in leading accounting and finance teams. He previously served as the partner in charge of a national accounting firm’s Baltimore and Philadelphia offices. He has successfully led investment efforts and acquisitions of several startups. He also has assisted a number of businesses in developing their budgeting and financial forecasting models including a manufacturer with revenues in excess of $250 million. Tom is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Certified Public Accountant He has been previously recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal for its 40 under 40 awards and also Smart CEO’s Top Accountant.
